Default ChIP for Tissues

Dear all,

I would like to study the DNA-protein interaction of my target protein and I
am thinking if its possible to do chromatin immunoprecipitation for both
cell lysates and tissues. However, I could only find 1 protocol for tissues,
from Farnham Lab. Do you guys have protocols other than that? Is it very
hard to do ChIP for tissues? Thanks

Samantha
