 problem-DNA extraction from paraffin sections Hello everybody, Iam Guru prasad an Indian research scholar. Iam finding difficult in extraction of DNA from formalin fixed paraffin sections. I have tried different extraction methods mainly using phenol chloroform extraction and ethanol precipitation but I could not able to obtain DNA. | problem-DNA extraction from paraffin sections We have rather good experiences with Chelex 100, which is an ion exchange resin.
