 Agrobacterium EHA105 Dear All, I am trying to use the Wizard Miniprep kit to purify an approx 14kbp plasmid from Agrobacterium EHA105 but have found only DHA far too big to be my plasmid. It is strange for the following reasons 1]. It is high molecular weight DNA BUT does not stay near the well like undigested chromosomal DNA 2]. The protocol worked will for Agrobacterium GV3101 but not for EHA105. Is this strain to strain variation to be expected? Comments gratefully received! Regards, Mike.  |
