| I am using a Biorad Bradford Protein Assay to estimate total protein from tissue lysates, fir westrn blot analysis. I use a dilution of 1:20 to 1:50 of the lysates to estimate protein. At this dilution I should not get any interference in the assay from the SDS, NP40, and Na-Deoxycholate (present in the tissue lysis buffer). However the estimation are not always reproducible. Does anyone have any tips/advice on this issue, please Thanks OK |

About 10-20 min is optimal. The absorbance does changes with time. DK |
