Default calculation

hello, I'm new here and also I've just begun to work in the laboratory. My boss is pretty demanding and I have a lot of problems and doubts. could you please help me with (i guess simple) calculations?
i'm supposed to do in vitro experiment. i need to use my oligos as usually (0,03 pmol/assay) and add some inhibitors (peptides) in a final concentration 100nM. My stock of inhibitors is 5,5 mikroM. For one assay i use volume of 10 mikrol. How much of inhibitor should I add?

Thank you very much for help in advance.

Dear ikim,

I was wandering around the forum when I came across your question. It seems that you had posted this question all the way back in June, but if no one has helped you with it already or you have found out the answer yourself already, here is the answer..... you need to use 0.18 micro liters of your 5.5 microM stock inhibitor. Hope that helps, good luck!

Hi,
Why don't you use the formula
C1xV1=C2xV2
