Default real-time PCR thermocycler system.

I am planning to purchase a real-time PCR system. There are a number of
systems on the market now:

ABI Prism 7000 from Applied Biosystems,
iCycler from Bio-Rad,
Smart Cycler from Cepheid,
DNA Engine Opticon from MJ Research,
Mx3000P from Stratagene, etc.

Does any one have any suggestions in terms of ease of use, cost, dynamic
range, etc. Your suggestions and opinions are appreciated.

Zhongtang Yu.
