| How can I test my real-time PCR results for statistical significance? I would like to judge statistically whether a rather small change in expression between two samples is significant or not. I could do that calculating a p value using a number of statistical tests. In this regard two questions arise: * Which statistical test should I use? * To which data should I apply this test? The original Ct values, the Ct value differences, the normalized expression levels? Peter |
