 5´-3´race Hello! I´m finishing my thesis work in Molecular Phytopathology, actually i´m going to clone and sequence a resistance gene candidate (RGC) against bacterial blight, and I Will use 5´-3´RACE KIT of Ambion, I would like to know if someone have used this kit, Does someone have any recomendation or tip for use it.
