| If you are getting "occasional bubbles" in the transfer blots, then your transfering is not proper. You should never get bubbles there if you do it properly. Roll a glass rod with gentle pressure on top of the sandwich before transfering. The blot and gel should be in close contact with each other. Bubbles show that such rolling was not done and this may results in poor transfer too. But this would not result in the total lack of bands that you see in your blots. Jayakumar --- |
