Default siRNA Expression Cassette Transfection

I'm trying to knock down a gene of interest in fibroblasts using
Ambion's siRNA expression cassette kit. Ambion has their own
transfection reagent - SiPORT XP-1, which they recommend for use with
this kit. I would be interested to know if anyone has experience
transfecting these cassettes, or anything around 380 bp, using other
reagents? I use FuGene 6 for most plasmid transfections in mammalian
cells, and we have other reagents like Lipofectamine and
Oligofectamine all ready in the lab. Is it really necessary to buy yet
another transfection reagent?
