 biotin 3' end labeling RNA I would like to 3' end label RNA with a biotinylated nucleotide. The methods available for labeling are T4 RNA ligation and Poly (A) polmerase end tailing. For these procedures I need pCp or cordycepin triphosphate (3'dATP) respectively. Does anyone know of a source of bio-pCp or bio-3'ATP as I can only find the radiolabeled nucleoside analogues. Or are there other ways of endlabeling the RNA (in vitro transcription labelling is not suitable as I need the RNA labeled at the 3' end) [Only registered users see links. ]  |
