| Does anybody know an apporpriate way to detach cardiomyocytes form a petri dish in order to collect for an Luciferase based atp assay? Thanky a lot Antonio |

Never done this with cardiomyocytes, but I would assume a standard trypsin protocol. EG wash with versene/edta soln then trypsin liftoff then serup or peptide neutralisation of the trypsin.
