Default Nuclear Protein Extraction
Hello, I'm wondering if anyone has any advice or better yet a protocol for nuclear protein extraction. I need to extract both membrane and nuclear proteins from my samples. I already have a membrane protein extraction protocol that I would like to modify to include a nuclear protein extract. Thanks for any help!
