Hi
if we want to make vaccine against some toxin, then who we prepare vaccine, as toxin is toxic to the animal in whcih it is injected or expressed, for example if we want to prepare a vaccine against ricin toxin etc.

Wow, that is an interesting question. maybe you could make peptide antibody production first, using small piece of the protein instead of whole protein which is toxic!

Check out Peptide Station, very useful for peptide antibody productions.
