Default Genomics,proteomics and Bioinformatics?

The choice of assay is dictated by what you are looking for. A ChIP assay can be performed on the same material but depending on the antibody used, can yield completely different sets of information. can you discuss two different ChIP techniques and in which context they would be most useful.
Pick a second technique and discuss how that technique can be used both in conjunction with, or as a complement to, the ChIP methods you have chosen to review. Specify the FLOW of information--what sorts of things will each technique tell you, and what parts are unknown? Given the results of technique 1, how does that change your approach with technique 2?
