Default What could these words mean in the field of proteomics: FL, WF and deltaMLS?



I'm resolving the structures of 3 soluble protein domains all containing either drosophila or mouse gene of interest. The domain name and length is often followed by the earlier mentioned abbreviations. What do they mean in terms of proteomics?
