 2 columns vs. 1 column I used to use only pico frit column for my proteomics experiment. Recently I found some people use another loading column in front of the pico frit column. I was wondering how big difference that additional column could make? What's the major advantages of doing that? Thank you for any input/comments! Happy new year! bfvbi        |
