| Hi to everyone, I'll be so glad if someone can explain me; how can we analyse whole proteins in genome? I confused much! If I use transcriptom so I can't isolate post translational modifications. It's difficult to take proteins from blood,liver, brain,amnion seperately. I think I must work with an array??? I can't unable to work out! Thank you for your helps... |
