MICRO MASS MALDI resolution

hello, forum

I'm running a Micro Mass MALDI but the resolution of my spectra were terrible. Is there any other way to optimize the resolution besides adjusting the pulse voltage?
Thanks in advance for any suggestion.

Does this have any thing to do with your buffers / peptide digestion?

I hope not. I use Ziptip to clean the peptides in advance. I think the problem is laser power, pulse voltage, etc.
