| Dear everybody, Recently, i face a problem where my whole protein profile was shifted to the basic side compare to the previous gel. Then, i have changed all my buffers(tank buffers, sample buffers and etc.) but unfortunately i'm still get the same profile. The protein spots are nice. Anybody has suggestions about my problems? |
