Red face protein estimation from fungi...

hi....
2 all...
plz ny one expert.. tell me that i hav estimated the amount of protein from fungi (penicillium frequents) app.1.97mg/ml...also som what of around this from other aspergillus species....
is this amt.is ok...or how much quantity it formed....i hav done this from fauling lowery method...
plz....if hav any idea...gv me informatin...
