Wink For all SELDI-TOF-MS users

I would like to discuss with SELDI users some technical problems, please if someone have experience in this field, it would be great to discuss with him about this technology.
For exemple, does someone try to purify protein biomarker discovered by Seldi using the same technology ??
Please don't hesitate to reply, any suggestions could help me to get more idea.
thanks a lot

We don't use SELDI anymore. It has a very bad reputation due to lousy resolution, reproducibility, reliability. I recommend you do not use SELDI-MS.
