 3-10 pH range Hello ! everybody how is your experiment going on? hope all are fine. i have some question.How did you determinate 3-10 pH range on 2D images? where is initated and terminated location of pH range on 2d image? Best wish Elle

 Re: 3-10 pH range I've never had to do this, but I believe you can use Standard/Marker proteins---of known pI and MW---to determine the actual locations of the pI gradient. A 2D software package can also calculate pI of spots after you ID enough of the marker proteins on the gel. |
