| i am running proteins of arabidopsis.i am using ph range 3-10 there are no protein spots in acidic range. what it could be the reason? |

| Sounds like an IEF problem to me, what's the pH of your sample before IEF, do you add enough DTT and stuff like that before IEF? |

| Are you running total protein? Maybe there just are no acidic proteins, or they are in very low concentration. I've run trypanosome total proteins using 3-10 grad and there are very few (3 or 4) spots on the acidic side. |
