Default no protein spots in acidic range

i am running proteins of arabidopsis.i am using ph range 3-10 there are no protein spots in acidic range.
what it could be the reason?

Sounds like an IEF problem to me, what's the pH of your sample before IEF, do you add enough DTT and stuff like that before IEF?

Are you running total protein? Maybe there just are no acidic proteins, or they are in very low concentration. I've run trypanosome total proteins using 3-10 grad and there are very few (3 or 4) spots on the acidic side.
