| Hey All, I am used to running a protein extract in an SDS gel at 4 degree celsius and used to get a high molecular protein band. however i started running the same protein extract in a similar gel but at room temperature and didnt see any high molecular band.Although i could see a new band at a low molecular size. Does anyone have come across such a case wherein, a high molecular wt protein band has moved down to a low molecular wt band just becoz of running of gel at room temperature????? ![]() |
