 2-D Gel Electrophoresis Phosphorylation Analysis Hello everyone, I am conducting 2-D gel electrophoresis for phosphorylated protein analysis. The problem is there are tons of dephosphorylating enzymes in my mixture such as phosphatases. How can I reliably inhibit these guys? What phosphatase inhibitors are you guys using? Tyrosine phosphatase inhibitors? Serine phosphatase inhibitors?  Thanks! ObWhat  |
