| Hello everyone, I am conducting 2-D gel electrophoresis for phosphorylated protein analysis. The problem is there are tons of dephosphorylating enzymes in my mixture such as phosphatases. How can I reliably inhibit these guys? What phosphatase inhibitors are you guys using? Tyrosine phosphatase inhibitors? Serine phosphatase inhibitors? ![]() Thanks! ObWhat |

| I use ortho vanadate (10mM I think) for protein phosphotyrosyl phosphatases. |
