 Transporting Protein Samples I have bacterial protein samples that I have processed and left in solubilisation buffer overnight. I am doing a proteomics course, and i am bringing this sample to examine by 2D electrophoresis. The course is in another country which I am flying to, and would require me having the protein sample at room temp for 24 h. Do you think my sample would be okay?  |
