Unhappy Preparative Ultracentrifugation

Hey all,
sorry if this is the wrong place to post! I was wondering if anyone would be able to shed any light on how I would be able to carry out preparative ultracentrifugation as a means to detect a protein-ligand interaction.

My supervisor wants me to find protocols or what-not that would allow me to spin a protein/drug mixed sample through some kind of gradient and then analyse the fractions to see if I can detect protein and/or drug.

Does anyone have any advice or help, I can't find anything solid on the web!!
Many thanks,
William

hola, as introduction I found this nice protocol [Only registered users see links. ] but in your case if after do it your sample goes at the bottom, you can recover it dyalize and reload a new gradient from 20 to 70%. Have a nice day
