BN PAGE markers
 

we are currently using the invitrogen markers for our BN PAGE but our protein tends to sit in between them. does anyone know of any markers that

a. have a marker preferrably around the 200 and 300 kDa mark rather than the 140, 240 and 450 we currently are using?

b. react with ECL for BN westerns? Finally found a protocol that works for us, but the markers dont show up, so we always have to run a matching gel.
