| I have been working on MudPIT analysis for global proteomics on heart samples and I am experiencing difficulty with a great difference in the total number of proteins identified between 2 heart samples. I have used the same concentration of protein in each run. Will this difference in the protein number cause trouble in statistical analysis? How can I solve the problem ? Heart samples Duplicate runs No. of proteins identified test heart sample 1 Set1 T 1 714 Set1 T 2 739 test heart sample 2 Set2 T 1 517 Set2 T 2 529 Thanks in advance |
