 protein concentration decrease after protein purification Hi, I did purification (his tag) by FPCL after that I did dialysis I need injection for rabbit but a protein concentration decrease to 97 µg/ml. it is not enough For injection  Do you know what I can do? Thank you  |

| Re: protein concentration decrease after protein purification You can also freeze dry/lyophilize the reaction but depends what you want to do with the protein later Also what dialysis membrane did you use (pore size)? What did you dialyze against? |
