 Protein with two localization sequences? Hi there, What would happen to a protein if it has both an ER signal sequence at it's N-terminus and a nucleus localization sequence within it? Would one signal override the other, or perhaps would the protein become obsolete as it doesn't have a clear destination? Any guidance would be great. Thanks in advance! (Hopefully I have posted in the correct thread.)  |
