| I am looking for a quick reference resource for mutating amino acid residues and was hoping some one could help me out quick. I'm looking to find out conservative and non-conservative mutations and mutations to mimic phosphorylation and prevent phosphorylation and anything else I may be missing. I have general ideas on mutations to perform but a nice easy to read print out so I know I'm not missing anything would be great. Anyway if anyone could point me in a direction I would greatly appreciate it! |
