Hepatitis B vaccine

Hi
i have purified the preS reigon of Hepatitis B surface antigen by expressing it in E.coli. so now i want to proceed further to be use this as recombinant vaccine. so please guide me that now what should i do to test the immunogensity of the protien and also what experiment i must perform to be used this protein as vaccine.
