could you try a 2d-gel electrophoresis...?? not too sure..

yeah thats a good idea. there are several ways to check movement of spots after you de-glycosylate with a de-glycosylating agent.

the idea is the same as dephosphorylation of 2-D gels to check phospho-proteins.
