| it is very dificult to prepare vaccine against pollen because according to my limited knowledge, when we use pollent antigen directly then it raises igE type antibodies and these provoke an allergic response in the same way as to allergen, so there is need to use the allergen in a way that it will produce igG type antibody and these antibodies are protective for the person, so real question in this case is that how to produce the igG type of antibodies from the allergen? so need more suggestions and views............ regards aftab |
