Question vaccine againt allergy

have anyone of you experience to work on allergy vaccine, if yes then please guide me that how we can desing a good vaccine against pollens

Wow,
that is a tough question Aftab! if you work that one out, please include me on your Cell paper!

Not sure about pollen vaccines. Would be quite tough as there are possibly thousands if not millions of different pollens from different plants and flowers.

Maybe you could find what is shared among the pollens and use this to generate your vaccine. Although not sure how effective the vaccine would be... would you give this to newborns? children?

what would be the effects on them?

it is very dificult to prepare vaccine against pollen because according to my limited knowledge, when we use pollent antigen directly then it raises igE type antibodies and these provoke an allergic response in the same way as to allergen, so there is need to use the allergen in a way that it will produce igG type antibody and these antibodies are protective for the person, so real question in this case is that how to produce the igG type of antibodies from the allergen?

so need more suggestions and views............
