| Can anyone provide some guidance in salvaging a protein (polysaccharide antigen) that seems to be aggregating? It's being used in an elisa assay & has been stored for a few years at -20c long term, & 4c short term & has been fine until recently. Low samples are now almost double as usual, nothing else has changed in the assay, it seems to definitely be the antigen. Tried adding 0.75%SDS, sometimes it helps, other times not. Acting very unpredictable-any suggestions? Thanks. |
