 Protein Extraction Problems Hello everyone i have a problem in protein extraction using the RIPA lysis buffers. I added around 1 ml of RIPA lysis buffer to each 6cm dish for the extraction of the protein. The problem is the sample become very viscous! I dont know what to do....  can someone please help? thanks  |
