 Isolation of ribosomes with nascent protein Hallo I want to quintify translation rate of protein of my interest, since i have monoclonal antibodies iwould like to isolate ribosomes with binded nascent protein and this use as antigene in elisa or immunoflorescence. I suggest in vitro translation with mRNA can work but I favour isolation ribosomes from native sample Can anyone advice me thanks        |
