Question ELISA Assay Alternatives

Happy New year to everyone!

hope the research will go well this year :P

Can someone help me? I would like to know if there are any ELISA alternatives for me, I have isolated peptides which bind to a target using my phage display library.
I have to confirm this binding by other methods and ELISA is one of them, however I would like another.

Any ideas on this?

thanks a lot,
Best wished for the New Year!

Default Re: ELISA Assay Alternatives

Some type of chromatography/mini-chromatography method should work too. For example, couple the peptide or target protein to the resin, and then incubate the other molecule with the resin conjugated to the peptide or target protein. There are various systems that can be used to conjugate the peptide or target protein to the resin. After incubation, wash several times, elute (with the denaturing detergent SDS, for example), and then perform a western blot or Coomassie blue staining of the SDS-PAGE. If you can detect both the target protein and the peptide in the same eluted fraction, they are likely binding to each other.
