Default TES vs PBS buffer

This is regarding the Analysis of Aqueous Extractable Protein in
> natural Rubber and Its Products Using the Modified Lowry Method,
> as per ASTM D5712-05 for natural rubber gloves.
>
> According to the test method, there are several options of
> extraction buffer to be used to maintain the extract at pH 7.4 ±
> 0.2 for the test, among of them are PBS and TES.
>
> What I understand is the PBS contribute interference in extraction
> where other polymer where included in end calculation of protein.
> Unlike TES which could disolve other than protein, thus providing
> more 'genuine' results.
