| Hello, I was running a reverse zymography gel, and my gel came up with an odd background line that was about in the middle of the gel. The thin blue line squiggled and wiggled across the entire gel with "peaks" between lanes and "valleys" in the middle of my lanes. My dye front and results did not seem effected by this line. It just looks very unattractive. Anyone see anything like this before? Did I just sneeze and grow something in my gel? Thanks! jewels1313 P.S. I am attempting to attach a sample of my squiggle. |
