hi..
i wanna knw about fungal protein...hw much amount it contains...
how it isolates... i hav 2 do this for some project wrk...
i hav never get best result...plz give me some protocol or inforrmations..
which type of enzymes shud prefer to degrade its wall....
i just crush wid sand..n give 2 times of centrifugation...
n profiling by SDS electrophoresis...
plz help quickly...
