| Hi, I would appreciate if somebody can tell me if there are established systems comprising a secreted and a single-pass transmembrane isoforms. With "established systems" I'm meaning systems working as sensors, repressors, etc. Specifically, I'm interested in phosphatases with those characteristics, but any other kind of proteins (receptors, kinases, etc.) are welcome for comparisons. Thanks in advance and regards. |
