Question Lysis Proteins Too Dilute Lyophilize Sample?
By accident I lysed my pellet into too much lysis buffer.

The concentration is now way down.

I want to use the stuff for a western blot. What should I do Lyophilize the samples? Or precipitate? I hate precipitation cause I may lose the pellet....

any ideas?
