| Hello all, I am looking for a recombinant strain (either E.coli or L. lactis). I am doing my master's at the University of Ottawa chemical engineering dept. in Canada and the recombinant clone I was working on does not express the target protein. As time is running fast I would need a rec. strain in order to do the chemical eng. part of my thesis which is the modeling of protein expression. We have experience with E.coli and L.lactis growth. Basically, we are looking for a possible collaboration with someone who would like to determine optimal conditions for protein expression , prefferably LL since we have done previous work on it. We have bioreactors and basic equipment for protein detection(fluorometer, electrophoresis, HPLC). Anyone interested in a collaboration please contact me. Thanks, apari006 |
