Hi,
I have ordered the antibodies but it looks like it will be late than expected,is it ok to leave the membrane in the blocking solution(i use 5 % skimmed milk) for a week.My group member suggested that but i am a little aprehensive about it.Thanks in advance.

should be fine (if you have small amount of tween or sodium azide to prevent microbial growth), put it in 4 C to be extra safe or you can wash and air dry and store at RT, protein side up.
