removal of enterokinase

I have cloned gene for a protein in pET32a vector so that the protein gets expressed along with his tag and thioredoxin tag which can be cleaved off with enterokinase from my protein after purification on Ni-NTA column .Can any one suggest how i can separate the enterokinase from my protein after digestion? I am aware of enterokinase capture columns of sigma and invitrogen,But i cannot afford to buy them. I am using NEB's light chain enterokinase.
