| Hi all, I was wondering if there was anyone here with much experience using BN-page? We have just recently started trying to use it our lab, and we have been having a bit of trouble - the samples do not seem to be running straight down the gel, and the bottom has a swirling effect. Furthermore, the rate of movement down the gel seems to change with time, with the new bulges and recessess forming as it goes down. I have never really seen anything like this with any of my other gels, so I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions. Thanks |
