 protein concentration decrease after protein purification Hi, I did purification (his tag) by FPCL after that I did dialysis I need injection for rabbit but a protein concentration decrease to 97 µg/ml. it is not enough For injection Do you know what I can do? Thank you  |

 Re: protein concentration decrease after protein purification Sounds like you might have to make more! Also you can try concentrating your protein (Amplicon with 10 kDa cut off usually works depends on the size of your protein). |
